Again: Fire Outbreak At Tsavo East National Park.

The Kenya Wildlife Service officials have reported another sad incident of fire outbreak at Tsavo National Park for the fifth time in just 3 months.

The fires broke out yesterday Wednesday 29 July in the afternoon at Irima area.It was reported to have been spreading wildly in the park, ravaging the vegetations.

Barely a week, Malimwengu +254 reported a similar incident of infernos that broke out in three sets at the National park and spread through for more than 8 hours before it was contained.

It was noted efforts in putting out the fires were met with challenges hence the wildlife agency asked the public to stand with the rangers involved in the fight and also pray for rains to help in putting off the fires.

Investigations into the cause of the frequent fires at Tsavo East National Park are yet to begin as we await the official statement from KWS.
