Between Octopizzo And Khaligraph Who Is The King Of Kenyan Rap Game? Let’s Settle This.

The Kenyan Rap Scene has seen two big wigs battle over it for a long time and with this discussion ever present, why not rate according to YouTube video views, flow style, rap culture as well as the realest.

According to YouTube views, Octopizzo’s videos have the most views, especially his earlier videos as compared to now. Some of his videos have almost a million more views as compared to Khaligraph’s videos but then Octopizzo has been known to buy his views from YouTube hence rendering Khaligraph the winner in views.

Khaligraph Jones has been known to uphold the culture and more often than not, Khaligraph’s music cuts across audiences.

In as much as he makes music for the streets, you will always come across them in music charts in Tanzania, South Africa and Nigeria.

I don’t reckon when Octopizzo had a real beef that saw his fans really come out to support him unless it was with Khaligraph. But Khaligraph has been seen making major beefs with artists from other countries include Nigeria’s own Blaqbones.

Khaligraph has seen more tremendous growth within the African hip hop scene having worked with other major artist like Runtown and winning big Africa awards while Octopizzo has been heading for the international market in expense of his Kenyans fans.

We may all have different views on the matter but I gladly reckon Khaligraph will always be the King of the rap and Octopizzo the prince in the rap game.
