The famed lead singer of the Sauti Sol boy band, Bien Aimé tested positive for the Corona Virus ahead of the much anticipated Ugandan performance. The test saw him quarantine himself as he complained just how much the drugs cost him.
“I feel the treatment is very expensive even for me. I have used KSh8k on medicine alone. Our healthcare system has not cushioned us. So once it gets to you, you may end up spending too much from your pockets. It could be worse since it could even kill you.” Bien stated.
While awaiting for his travel to Uganda, Biens said that he started feeling sick and had to seek medical advice. “For the last couple of days, I have been indoors. I started feeling weak and so I decided since I was travelling to Uganda, I needed the tests done before. Only for me to test positive.” he narrated.
He finished by giving out advice to everyone stating that people should be cautious since the virus will infect anyone if they do not restrict themselves to the given measures. “Corona will get anyone so long as we do not adhere to the said measures.”
His girlfriend tested negative for the virus.
