Holy Ghost Coptic Church founder, Father John Pesa, claims that he has received death threats after a misquoting a Biblical scripture at Deputy President William Ruto’s event.
This comes after Father John’s statement claiming King Solomon Killed Goliath, while in actual sense it was David, went viral, with content creators making memes and jokes about it.
He blamed his old age for the mistake and stressed his deep knowledge of religion, pointing out those who mocked him.
While addressing the media, Pesa has revealed that he has since received death threats after the mistake, alleging that his life is now in danger.
“The remarks will now be a ring back tone, people are saying that I did not read the bible thoroughly but I’m now old. I started reading the Bible when I was young and I still read it. It is David who killed Goliath, I’m saddened that people are tarnishing my name, people should respect religion,” Father John Pesa Stated.
