The KeMSA Graft scandal has been big and caused uproar to an extent of threatening every firm that was involved. That includes a firm by the name Megascope Healthcare Kenya Limited, which has come out to distance itself from being linked to the graft allegations.
Megascope Healthcare Kenya Limited, through its lawyer Njoroge Regeru, says its reputation has been affected after being linked to the saga.
“Our client was not contracted and has no time whatsoever been contracted by Kemsa (Kenya Medical Supplies Agency) to clear any consignment on its behalf,” said Regeru.
The company had already written to the Television station claiming it will sue them for linking it to the scandal; asking the media house to retract the story and issue an apology. Their has been no response from the media house yet.
