Kenyan Plane Crash Lands In Mogadishu

A silverstone cargo plane on Saturday 19 September crash-landed at Mogadishu’s Aden Adde International Airport.

The twin-engine cargo plane registered under 5YMHT, Fokker 50 is alleged to have slid off the runway and rammed into a concrete fence at the airport.

However, the cause of crash-landing has not yet been established.Reports indicate a number of crew members were injured.

No causalities have been reported yet as Rescue team and rescue team has been sent to the area of incident.

This incident happened a month after a KDF helicopter crashed in Lower Juba in Somalia with passengers sustaining injuries.

Sometime back the airline was experiencing frequent crashes that led to it being halted for sometime.
