Man killed by lover in Nakuru county

Residents of bulbul village in molo, Nakuru County have been left on shock after a notorious chang’aa brewer allegedly murdered her estranged lover.

According to eyewitnesses, the duo said to be in their late 40s had disagreements before before the woman identified as Caroline Chepkemoi stabbed her lover, John Kiprono, on the head and chest.

After the stabbing, he was left in his village in the nearby Mawe Mbili but good Samaritans took him to Kapsinet dispensary. Molo sub county police commander Joseph Karanja confirmed that the man died of his wounds at the Kapsinet dispensary.

The body was moved was moved to Elburgon sub county mortuary awaiting post mortem. Meanwhile, police have launched a man hunt for the assailant who is still at large. Angry locals razed the woman’s house.The angry locals said that the love birds were chang’aa brewer and they had destroyed many lives in that area.
