Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has pleaded with President Uhuru Kenyatta over an alleged plot to disrupt DP William Ruto’s planned visit to Mt Kenya.
In a long post directed to the President, claimed goons have been hired to pluck campaign banners informing Deputy President’s visit to Gatanga today.
“Mr President do not allow politically instigated bloodshed, be the hallmark of your legacy. Muranga County voted for you with 98% of their votes. They are your in-laws,” he said.
He shared photos which he claimed showed certain individuals destroying posters.The MP urged Uhuru to keep his word and ensure chaos and violence do not mar the event.

He further reminded the president of the sacrifice that the Mt Kenya region made for his family to ascend to the Presidency.
