Safaricom Gives Notice on Mpesa Maintenance Set for Thursday 25th June.

Safaricom company has been in Kenya for more than ten years providing services to the Kenyan citizens home and abroad on transactions and calls.

Today through their social media platform, Safaricom has given a memo on Mpesa maintenance that is scheduled for Thursday.

With the COVID-19 situation and the advice from government to Kenyans to use mobile money for transactions in the fight to curb the virus, this brings challenges to many Kenyans especially those pegged in the transfer of cash via Mpesa

Business transactions made via Safaricom money transfer platforms will be affected and this prompt memo calls for early preparations on matters of money transfer.
