Senator Sakaja And Murkomen Fire Back At Kang’ata

Yesterday all the senators from the 47 counties went ahead to vote for the Revenue Allocation formula. According to a post by the MP of Gatundu Moses Kuria, 25 senators voted against it.

On a Tuesday evening interview at Citizen TV, Murang’a Senator Irung’u Kangata, also the Jubilee Party Senate Majority Whip sent a warning to a section of Senators who opposed the proposed revenue Sharing formula.

“We now know who supports and who doesn’t support the ‘one man, one shilling, one vote’ idea…Very soon, as a party, we shall crack the whip on those who were not in support gov’t business,” Kang’ata asserted.

Murkomen fired back stating Kang’ata should wake up because politics of arrogance had come to an end.

“Tell him to wake up and smell the coffee. The politics of arrogance and madharau must come to an end,” Murkomen asserted.

Senator Sakaja on the other hand posted on his timeline stating he was ready to deal with the consequences Jubilee leadership had in store for them.Ni Sawa tu,” was his statement that he posted.
