An Egyptian football player who goes by the name of Ezzeldin Bahader, has recently turned into a Guinness World Record holder after he was able to complete his second 90 minute football match.

He has been hailed as the godfather of the Egyptian football and unfortunately lost a penalty to their opposing team, El Ayat Sports Club leading to a lose of 3-2 in the Egyptian Third division. The match saw a lot of spectators turn up and a lot of sponsors turn to the event.

“I dream of being able to break my own record one more time, just to make the competition a little harder,” Bahader said, though he is now out of contract. His grandchildren had accompanied him to the match and could be heard from the crowd cheering him on.

The man becomes the Guinness World Record holder for the oldest football player. The record was previously held by 73-year-old Israeli Isaak Hayik.
