Former NTV Journalist Lolani Kalu is set to return to the screens after landing a media role with TV47.
After losing his job with NTV back in 2017, Lolani ‘s situation was depicted back in September, with fans appealing to the public to come to his rescue.
Lolani disclosed that he will be the coast region reporter for TV47 after signing a one-year contract with the TV station.
“I have signed a one-year deal with TV47, the opportunity came after fans saw me shooting my personal shows with one of the artists I was interviewing having TV47 branding. Fans called TV47 to find out if I had signed a deal with the station, and that prompted them to hand me a contract. I will be a coast regional reporter covering the six counties,” he explained.
The journalist added that he is on a quest to give back to the fans who came out to help him when his story hit social media.
Lolani stated that the discussions with TV47 were in progress to set an exact date for him to return to the screens.
