Why The Cabinets Tsavo Meeting Might Be An Indication Of The BBI Being Released Within The Week

Today morning saw the president Uhuru Kenyatta being airlifted to the Kilaguni Tsavo Resort where the various Cabinet Secretaries were waiting for him. The move has come at a time when the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) is rumoured to be within days from its release and here is how this meeting just might be an indication of this.

The meeting is set to be a bonding session for all the cabinet secretaries as some of them have been having different opinions regarding issues affecting the country. This might also include the cabinet secretaries being brought to the same page for what might be the release of the BBI.

Tomorrow, the president is scheduled to host parliamentary leadership from both houses at state house for a session to discuss the yet to be released BBI document.

The president had called for a two day retreat of the cabinet secretaries to the coast and he also had called for a parliamentary leadership from both houses at the state house where they will all discuss the BBI.

This move has seen senator Murkomen taking a jab at the president stating that the president is handling the BBI report like its a ‘Private Property’ when in the real sense it has everything to do with the nation. The report might be released sooner than we expect.
