Willy Paul is mending his reputation amid claims he rejected his mother. The gospel artist on April 22, tagged along with his biological mother to the groove Awards nomination party held at the Arboretum.
Willy claimed that he had not abandoned his mother Salome Radudo as claimed by blogs.
I asked my mother if I could move her to a two-bedroom house, but she insisted that I should save my money and buy her land.
He said.
In what seemed as a well orchestrated and time move falling on the same night that he was nominated for best Video, the controversial singer also made up with Bahati. The two hugged and made up as the audience pushed them to record a collabo together.
Willy and Bahati locked horns over the alleged stolen lyrics. Bahati accused him of constantly stealing his lyrics and even went ahead and blast him on social media.
This is not the first time Willy Paul is being accused of stealing lyrics from artists. Couple of months ago, he was accused of stealing and recreating the song ‘Masogange’ from Belle9 of Tanzania. If all these allegations are anything to go by, then the lad needs our prayers. Pray for him.
