The comedy industry is in mourning after a former Churchill Show comedian Argwings Khodek died on the evening of Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
Reports of his death were confirmed by his colleague Mc Billie of the Fiesta Milele band, who took a picture of the late comedian to Facebook with the caption “Rest in Power”
“You were a great musician, comedian, emcee and a true friend full of magnanimity. Till we meet again Bazuu,” McBillie eulogized.
Late Khodek was best known for his prowess in imitating ODM leader Raila Odinga.
Mc Billie went on to post a video from Churchill show when Khodek entertained the crowd in the presence of the former Prime Minister and his wife, Ida Odinga.
He further went on to reveal that the late comedian was like a mentor to him, saying that Khodek would offer him gigs along with his band Fiesta Milele while he tried to find his feet in the industry.
