The Beyruha Academy is to be auctioned by Gulf African Bank in South C, Nairobi over a sh 60 million loan despite the courts attempt to stop the exercise.
It is said Justice Wilfrida Okwany extended the orders last week but the lender has instructed Leakey Auctioneers Ltd to go ahead as the school owner has failed to pay the loan.
The school was established in 1988 and is located in Fiver Star estate phase II. It is set to be auctioned on Wednesday despite the court ruling.
