A Section Of Outer Ring Road To Be Shut Down On Sunday

The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced a section of Outer Ring Road will be shutdown on Sunday 23 August, 2020.

Through it’s twitter handle KURA posted a notice stating the move is to allow the installation of footbridge truss.

“We wish to notify the general Public that outer ring road will be closed at Nairobi river on Sunday, August 23, 2020 as from 8AM to 2PM to allow installation of footbridge truss,” read part of the notice.

Thika bound traffic are urged to use Mutarakwa Road-Komarock road to join Outer Ring Road at Kariobangi.

Nairobi bound traffic on the other hand are requested to use Jogoo road and Mumias Road.
