Bomet County On The Search For Passengers Who Interacted With a Covid-19 Patient

Bomet health officials are on the lookout for passengers who interacted with a COVID-19 positive person from Nairobi on a public service vehicle.

The passenger boarded a South Rift Matatu and arrived in Bomet around 9.am alighting at Longisa alongside two others.

Officials from Bomet county have urged the passengers to come out as they have already mingled with residents in order to stop further spread of the disease.

Bomet Governor Hillary Barchok noted:

“We are making an appeal with the passengers who travelled to get in touch with our officer.Please reach out to our officer on this number 0726012387.You will be given instructions on what to do so that all of us are safe.”
