The Blues displayed a superb performance against Real Madrid at the Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night thrashing them 2-0 to secure a position in the Champions League Final.

The goals from the German, Timo Werner at the 23rd minute and from the Englishman Mason Mount in the 85th minute ensured that the Blues proceeded to the finals.

Chelsea drew 1-1 against Madrid in the first leg at Madrid and in aggregate they won 3-1 which is enough to book them a slot in the finals.

Tuchel’s decision to drop Christian Pulisic and start Kai Havertz paid off as the German produced a spectacular display giving Madrid defenders a hard time as he was seen completing nutmegs one after another.

Ngolo Kanté rose to the occasion once again bagging the Man of the match award again, the Frenchman was always at the right place at the right time as he was involved in the build up of both goals.
