More than 10 ladies are reported dead after a trailer lost control and shoved into them alongside the road in Webuye Kaburengu road interchange.
The ladies are said to have been selling their products by the roadside when the truck lost its brakes in the steep slopes.
The area is said to be a danger zone as most trucks tend to lose control while they are on free gear on steep slopes.
Their bodies of the deceased have been taken to the nearest mortuary while those who had injuries have been rushed to the hospital.
