Bensouda Goes After Ruto In Nee ICC Revelations.

The former ICC prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, alleges a well-oiled bribery and coercion machine headed by lawyer Paul Gicheru to silence witnesses.

The documents filed at the International Criminal Court however puts the Deputy President at the center of Witness tampering in the post-election violence case against him.

The case against the Deputy President Dr. William Ruto were terminated since the judges said there were no evidence of his personal involvement.

These new revelations makes a turn for the whole case since the judges said if there were new evidence of his involvement to emerge the case will be reopened.

However, it will be interesting to see how the case plays out considering the fact the current International Criminal Court’s prosecutor is Karim Khan, the former lawyer of the deputy president on the case against him in the ICC.
