Chaos in City Hall as MCA Storm to Oust Speaker Beatrice Elachi (video)

Chaos erupts in city hall as county assembly members allegedly allied to governor Mike Mbuvi sonko stormed to oust speaker Beatrice Elachi.

Running battle between MCAs and GSU officers ensued momentarily when they forcefully tried to drag speaker Elachi out.

This came amid impeachment motion leveled against the speaker over allegation of office abuse, corruption and victimization of the members of the county assembly.

There has been a rift at the county assembly ever since the governor signed six functions of county responsibilities to the national government, a move that Mike Sonko terms as foul.
