Court Orders Nation Media Group To Pull Down COVID-19 Millionaire Expose’

The High court has ordered the Nation Media Group to pull down the expose’ done on Covid-19 theft funds last month pending a libel case against them.

Megascope ltd moved to court over the expose that brought to light how rotten the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KeMSA) is.

The company linked with Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Richard Ngatia wants now the story pulled down from the company’s platforms.

Mega scope is suing NMG and journalist Dennis Okari. Before Justice Joseph Sergon, Megascope lawyer claimed the story has continued to taint his client’s image.

However, the NMG lawyer opposed the application stating the earlier order to the media house not to run any story relating to the company was enough.
