Diamond Platinumz a Tanzanian artist, the boss of
Wasafi TV and Wasafi FM stations got overly loyal to his fans after he ended up rewarding a fan with a Toyota Altezza. The fan had won a competition that was to be held on both the stations.
The competition required the fans to tune in to Wasafi FM and Wasafi TV. The fans would then be asked random questions from random shows on the media houses to earn points.
The show that was supposed to be held on Sunday was later postponed after Diamond tweeted saying;
“Nakukumbusha tu kuwa na TELEZA na TEZA GRAND FINALE yani ile ALTEZA pia inatolewa leo na Hapo Hapo kwenye Kipindi Kipya ya @BigSundayLive saa tatu Kamili Usiku …. The host who gave away the prize was Rayvanny who later on after giving the prize was fast on his words to denounced the rumours claiming that he was going to leave Wasafi for a record label of his own.
The competition has surprised fans by Diamond ‘s act of kindness.
