Diamond Platnumz offers to pay 3 months rent for 500 families during the Coronavirus pandemic

Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has offered to  pay 3 months rent for 500 families during this pandemic.

He announced this through his Instagram account. Saying that he understands that life has become hard during this pandemic. He said that he understood businesses are not doing well hence life becoming too difficult for many.

I pretty much know that at these terrible times where we are all fighting global pandemic COVID-19,countless life circumstances have changed especially in businesses, many businesses are drowning hence rendering to financial difficulties and life becoming a little bit tough to many of us

He further added that he has also been affected with the pandemic economically but was willing to share the little that he has by paying 3 months rent for 500 families.

He also added that he believes he should share his troubles and happiness with his fans. He said that on Monday he will announce the criteria on which the families will receive the house rent.

 Although I am amongst those affected by this pandemic on Economy, with the little that God has blessed me with, I have decided to atleast offer a helping hand by paying 3 Months house rent to 500 families as my kind gesture of helping one another during these terrible times of fighting COVID-19 for I believe i should share your troubles and your happiness too. On Monday i shall announce procedure on how these 500 families shall receive house rent. 🙏🏼

Diamond has joined the list of celebrities helping families during this pandemic. The likes of Rihanna, Jay Z, Beyonce, twitter CEO Jack Dorsey among others.
