What are you eating during this quarantaine period. With boredom I see a lot of people trying out different types of recipes.

Most of the recipes include flour and sugar. The disadvantages of that is instant weight gain.

I’m going to give you some healthy recipes to try during this quarantaine period that will help you loose weight.

Smoothies are filling full of fibre and also help you loose weight.

Blackberries and banana smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen blackberries

1 banana

1 cup  milk1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide between 2 cups and top with blackberries, if desired.

Green Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1cup spinach
chopped  apple
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. raw honey
1 1/2 c. ice cubes until smooth
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide between 2 cups and top with blackberries, if desired.
