Magoha spoke on Sunday night, January 3, in an interview with Citizen TV anchor Waihiga Mwaura.
Professor George Magoha showed remorse to any individual he might have offended, adding that he would never want to be the Education CS again.
‘If I wronged anybody at any time, I want the person to forgive me because it was not intentional. It is only that I want to see results that I can measure. I have only 18 months more in office,” he said.
Magoha was recently criticized for directing students to learn under trees as a measure of social distance enforcement.
The CS was also under investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission after he insulted an Education director in November 2019.
“My system works, I believe that is why the President hired me and gave me one of the hardest dockets. I may look aggressive but that gets the work done,” The CS argued.
