Traffic jams could be a thing of the past,if reports by Aeromobil a Slovakian company are anything to go by. It plans to start selling the first flying car in 2017.Via a video posted by the company,the prototype transforms from a car to an aeroplane in seconds.
With a steel framework and carbon coating and a 4 cylinder aircraft engine ,it is fuel powered with wings that can fold and is approximately 20 feet long.It has a seating capacity of two people inclusive of the pilot,with one propellor at the back of the plane.The car’s top speed  on the road is atleast 183km/hr and 230km/hr while flying and flies for 805km before running out of fuel.
 This is a move in the right direction because despite the concept of flying cars being around since the 1960’s,getting a practical reliable car off the ground has been a serious challenge.
