Governor Obado And His Children To Spend 4 More Days In Custody Pending Bail Ruling

Migori Governor, Okoth Obado and his co-accused have been detained until Monday pending the bail ruling on sh 73 million scandal.

Through their lawyer Kioko Kilukumi, the five sought to be released on bail but the chief magistrate, Mugambi dismissed the application until 31 August, 2020 when the bail ruling will be determined.

The governor was arrested alongside his children yesterday for embezzlement of county funds despite the accused denying the charges.
