Hilarious: A Nigerian Governor takes a Photo with president Obama and puts it on a billboard

Nigerian politician Rochas Okorocha, who is the Governor of Imo State, met US President Barack Obama last week in Washington. He was among the delegates that accompanied President Buhari for bilateral talks with the US government.

From the brief meeting, he managed to get a handshake at least. Upon returning home, Okorocha commissioned a billboard with the picture, and now he’s all over the internet.
