Ingredients
1/2 cup Milk unsweetened
2 Eggs
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons 100% Real Maple Syrup
1 1/2 cups of Oats
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla optional
Toppings Ideas:
Fresh Berries
Real Maple Syrup
Fresh Banana Slices
Method

In a blender, pour in Milk, eggs, banana, vanilla (optional), oats, baking powder and salt.

Blend until smooth.

Heat pan over medium heat. Once warmed, spray with coconut oil or butter in pan. Pour pancake batter into pan in round circles.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Drizzle with honey and toppings of choice.
