An impeachment motion presented by the member of the county assembly from Kitui, Peter Kilonzo has been drafted on the basis of violating the constitution, gross misconduct and abuse of office.
The majority leader has submitted the motion of impeachment to the county assembly speaker which is scheduled to be heard on 29th June when the assembly convenes.
