Maurizio Sarri has been sacked by Juventus after the team was knocked out by Lyon in the Champions League that resumed yesterday
The manager has been in charge of Juventus for only one season after he left Chelsea football club as a manager.
He has been under pressure after he led Juventus to secure the 9th win in a row narrowly 1 point above the first runners up.
The club won the match 2-1 agianst Lyon yesterday night but were bundled out due to the away goal rule after an aggregate of 2-2 that saw Lyon proceed for the quarter finals of the champions league.
Juventus have already contacted ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino over his availability as the replacement of Sarri.
