Kumeharibika.No more Eritrean wives after Eritrean officials announced that the forced Polygamy issue in the country is a hoax.

Last week there was a mixture of excitement and shock for some Kenyans especially the team Mafisi likes after the Eritrean forced Polygamy story was published on Crazy Monday.The story went Viral within a span of hours with several funny memes filling the internet.

The Etritrean government is actually appalled by this and has blamed the Kenyan Media that published the story for its petiness.

Eritrea’s Information Minister Yemane Gebremeskel tweeted that “the media frenzy to parrot this ludicrous, fabricated and trite story… is appalling”.

In another tweet Mr Yemane said “the story illustrates [the] vileness of the dark forces of disinformation and proclivity of others to readily embrace the negative narrative on Eritrea”.

This is one story that had attracted a lot of attention with some men commenting that they are ready to leave for Eritrea to find new wives with some even sharing links and photos of Visas to Eritrea.
