Lupita Nyong’o surprises Trevor Noah at his comedy show

Nyong’o who is filming Queen of Katwe in Pretoria surfaced to surprise Noah during his set.

Nyong’o has been a well kept secret, her presence has been almost undetected save for a film crew who were spotted working on her latest film project in Atteridgeville, Pretoria.

The film is based on the book The Queen of Katwe, written by Tim Crothers. It tells the extraordinary story of a Ugandan girl’s dream of becoming a chess grandmaster.
