Kenyan producer Magix Enga has claimed that the track GOOBA which took the record for the most viewed hip hop video in it’s first 24  hours has used one of his beats.

The song was unavailable on YouTube for a number of hours with the message: “This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Magix Enga.”

Tekashi 6ix9ine got out of prison recently and released a music video for GOOBA. Surprisingly, in a matter of a few hours, the video gained a lot of views. His video released was court-approved. However on the condition of home confinement with few restrictions.

Magix Enga kept posting on his Instagram claiming that Tekashi paid him to allow the music back on YouTube. He claimed that he was going to use the money he was paid to feed the needy. Well GOOBA is back on YouTube.

Money settled the things between them. Enga also mentioned he does not want any dispute.

Kenyans called him out for clout chasing. Most Kenyans did not agree with him claiming that Enga got nothing on Tekashi.

What do you think? Do you believe the beats belonged to Enga? This is not the first time Enga pulled down an artist song claiming they sampled his beats. He did the same with Harmonize’s Uno song.
