A man who went missing 20 years ago has resurfaced and rejoined with his family. He was found in Laikipia where he has been living with another street family.
The family of the man said the boy went missing after leaving home for circumcision and never came back.
On being found the boy could not properly speak as he was sickly; his feet were swollen and had blisters.
The family hard difficulties in recognizing him but the after math was all joy and jubilation.
The return of the prodigal son made his mum Rachael Wanjiru, burst into tears as she prayed and thanked God for reuniting them after futile attempts to find him.
She has appealed to well-wishers to help her son seek treatment in a mental hospital for as she cannot afford. She dded she has been living in poverty ever since the death of her husband.
