Dr Miguna has been trying to return since January 7 but has encountered challenges including a red alert issued by the government, preventing him from flying to Kenya or any other African country.
The lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna says accommodation, meals, travel and communication in European cities, where he got stuck recently, have set him back over Sh3 million. This is really a deep to anyone’s pocket just in the wake and desire to return home that has now turned out to be such a hard nut to crack for the revolutionary lawayer Miguna Miguna.
Going to his Twitter account Dr. Miguna Miguna wrote;
Having waited for Despot Uhuru Kenyatta and his appointees at the ministries of Interior and Immigration to obey court orders and revoke their illegal “red alerts” to no avail, I’ve no option but to return to exile in Canada. I’ll not surrender. The struggle continues. Viva!
