Singer Michael Kennedy Clever alias Naiboi and the producer Ilogos Music have been beefing lately ever since Naiboi pulled down a song by Arrow Boy dubbed ‘Toto’ cause he claims the project was his from the start.
Then Ilogos took to twitter where he vented out his frustrations.
Now the whole has taken a whole new twist after Naiboi consulted with his lawyer and sent a letter to Ilogos claiming that he is doing unlicensed business against his visa agreement. It read:
“Our client further states that you did not stop there, you went ahead and issued false and defamatory statement to bloggers and social media platforms trying to paint him as a scandalous conniving and untrustworthy. You claimed he has never paid you while in fact it is you who owes him.”
They then went ahead and made their lost of demands requiring him to surrender all his projects with Naiboi. They also asked him to cease from talking any defamatory statements against Naiboi any where. The end of the letter said:
“Take not that if any of the above demands is not met within 48 hours, our client has given us mandatory instructions to pursue legal redress in a court of law and to ensure that you get arrested and deported for running a business within the republic of Kenya without a permit thus contravening your Visa Requirements,”
This all ensued cause Ilogos says Naiboi has done over 10 projects and ended up not paying for it. He just wants his dues.
