Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura is in trouble after Jubilee Party on Tuesday 2 2021cracked the whip on Him for associating himself with the recently launched UDA Party.
He was ordered to appear before the disciplinary committee over the association with UDA. Part of the his crimes as stated include wearing outfits that portrayed his support towards the UDA party and also declaring that Jubilee on whose blessings he is holding the seat is ‘dead’.
Though the party has been silent on a section of Jubilee members allied to the Deputy President William Ruto who have been associating with UDA since its launch, seems it has began cracking whip on such leaders Isaac being the first.
“On December 31, 2020, in Msambweni Constituency, Senator Isaac Mwaura Maigua acted contrary to the conduct expected of jubilee member when he publicly announced his new found political allegiance to the United Democratic Party Alliance during the homecoming party of the newly-elected Msambweni legislator Feisal Bader,” read the charge sheet released.
