President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday, February 12 2020 dared his Deputy William Ruto and his allies to resign instead of criticizing the government during the Launching tour of the 24 health care centers to be constructed in Nairobi by NMS.

In his attack speech during the launching of the Muthua Health Center in Uthiru on his deputy who has been conducting a quiet rebellion in the Jubilee Party, the president accused them of double-speak, stating the Tanga Tanga members allied to the DP, wanted to be associated with the government only on the positive side.

“We need to either work together or not. If they feel that the government is favorable to them, then they should work with us but if they disassociate themselves, then let them resign,” said the president.

He further warned residents against being used to peddle propaganda and cause disunity in the country.

“You keep being lied to by politicians who come here saying that they love you and ask you to abuse other people. Is that the way in which we are going to grow this country? kindly let us think about what we are told to do,” he added.
