Raila Holds Meeting with ODM Party Officials at Chungwa House

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga on Wednesday held a closed-door meeting with the party’s top officials.

In a statement, ODM said issues discussed during the meeting include those that directly affect the party, as well as other national issues.

The meeting was attended by ODM Chairperson John Mbadi, Secretary General Edwin Sifuna and National Treasurer Timothy Bosire.

This is the first time the ODM party leader has made his way to the party offices, since he tested positive for Covid-19 and recovered.

ODM Secretary general, Edwin Sifuna said he is pleased to see his boss healthy and in good spirits.

“Happy to have Party Leader @RailaOdinga back at Chungwa House after a long time and fit as a fiddle. God is great,” Sifuna said.

The meeting comes ahead of the former Prime Minister’s and President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tour of Kisumu County which will coincide with this year’s national Madaraka Day celebrations.
