Since the president allowed flights to resume on the 15th of July, they have since been operating in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). According to one of the recent tweet by the outspoken blogger Robert Alai, he heavily criticized the airport for flaunting on the Covid 19 rules.

According to Alai, JKIA is unable to manage the number of domestic flights arriving and departing from the airport. This leads to many customers coming in and leaving hence the airport being overcrowded which is against the coronavirus directives given.

“Domestic arrival JKIA is this way.

Temperature measurement a must but there is crowding. Defeats the purpose. They need to stagger the local flight landings because with many flights landing at the same time, kuna shida.” Robert Alai noted via his official social media pages.

Some of the Kenyans on Twitter bashed the blogger claiming he is hailing himself like he knows it all about rules. Fans were curious why none of the passengers using the airport were complaining yet the blogger on JKIA’s throat all of a sudden.

JKIA has not responded to the tweet yet and some feel like it’s just a wrong alarm that Robert Alai is raising.
