Stuck Matatu Hit by Train in Mutindwa

A train has hit a matatu in Mutindwa Nairobi area near Buru Buru yesterday night. The matatu was stuck in the railway line due to effects of heavy rain as the train approached at an overwhelming speed.

The video below shows that some Kenyans are not adhering to the government directive on combating the COVID-19 pandemic unless essentials services are being offered stipulated by the government.

There are no reported casualties as the passenger alighted the matatu before it got hit by  the train

In the video below a police officer is seen raising his hands trying to stop the train as they do in the roads of Nairobi, he clearly doesn’t understand the mechanics of a moving train.

This hasn’t been the first time a train has hit a vehicle in Mutindwa as the government waits for a disaster to take necessary measures of safety around that area.
