The School Principal of Ober Secondary School Allegedly Dies of COVID19.

The principal of Ober secondary school whose name is Maurice Muholo dies 19 days later after hosting a meeting in school which was attended by other 4 staff members of the school.

It is said that after the meeting he travelled to his home in migori county via Oyugis town, where he reported feeling unwell.The principal mr. Muholo was then referred to Kisumu for treatment but lost the battle for his life before he got admitted.

Also one of the teachers among the staff who attended the meeting tested positive for the virus . He was taken to Malela isolation centre for quarantine. The rest of the staff members who attended the meeting were advised to self-quarantine.

The  county health executive Richard Muga reported that he suspects the teacher might have contracted the virus  during the meeting where he interacted with the principal during the meeting.

However the family of Muholo is dismissing the medic’s report that he died of covid-19 . They’re are insisting that Muholo died of Malaria and Typhoid.
