Tuskys on the spotlight again. Recently a Kisumu branch was shut down following rent arrears amounting to 26 million but later paid part of it and was reopened.
Two of it’s branches one located at Eldoret Uganda road and the other at Komarock mall Nairobi have been closed over rent arrears too.
Reports indicate the retailer was drawn into rent row with the landlords following unpaid arrears for months hence attracting auctioneers.
Things have been tough to the chain store as some of it’s branches are left empty with no products on the shelves.
