Millicent Kagonga, a mother of two, narrated her painful past, how the man she once loved and fought for started abusing her instead of taking her to seek treatment after she got diagnosed with cervical cancer.
“He did not tell me to go to the hospital but kept abusing me that I am too watery. “I wanted a wife but not a swimming pool.” It really hurt me because this is a person we have grown together and trusted him with my life,” she said.
Kagonga explained that she got married at a young age and everything was fine at first, but when she began experiencing discharge, the husband left her.
“My marriage was good. We started having issues when I started having a discharge down there. He was not comfortable and he looked for a place where he would be comfortable. At that time I did not have knowledge that I needed to go to the hospital,” Kagonga narrated.
The mother of two disclosed that her husband started going out with other women and even got another woman pregnant whom he is still with up to date.
She disclosed that the man would call to laugh at her and not offer any support even for their kids.
