Churchill comedian George Maina Njoroge (Njoro) has reunited with his wife after experiencing a transformation that saw him land two media jobs on Flamingo Radio and KTN News.
On Tuesday, 8 December, Njoro mentioned that his children, too would be able to enjoy parental love months after he had completed his rehabilitation.
Njoro had suffered from alcoholism and depression, which led him to attempt suicide. He also struggled to look after his ill dad and make the ends meet.
“I feel blessed and buoyed up. The situation was difficult but I managed to pull through. If God intervenes in your life, then you don’t have to struggle or lose hope.Â
“My life changed and I am now managing my finances better. I had even separated with my wife and children (owing to depression) but we got back together,” stated the comedian.
