Churchill Show Comedian Njoro’s Father Dies

Churchill comedian George Maina, popularly known as Njoro, lost his father who had been fighting stomach cancer.

Njoro took the news of his father’s death to social media.

“I am broken, totally broken. Where do I even start? or what should I even do? Dad why now ??

“Rest in peace Dad till we meet again, I loved you and will always do. Shine on your way Dad,” Njoro wrote.

Njoro first disclosed that his father had been fighting cancer to fellow comedian Zainabu Zeddy in mid-July 2020.

This comes after well-wishers joined hands to raise funds to help pay for the comedian’s father medical bill. Njoro further revealed that a local organization had offered to pay part of the hospital bill.

The comedian had initially revealed that the suffering of his family had influenced him to suffer depression which frequently led him to attempt suicide.
