Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga Admitted At Nairobi Hospital

The former Prime Minister and ODM leader Raila Odinga was on Tuesday March 9 2020 admitted at the Nairobi Hospital.

This is after he complained of body ache and fatigue. His aides confirmed that he was rushed to the facility, and did not meet President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House as planned.

“He says he feels okay, but the doctors cautioned that some of the symptoms need to be monitored,” Raila’s Director of Communication Dennis Onyango told a local daily. 

However his close allies declined to speak much but said the feeling of exhaustion was due to the numerous campaign trails he had undertaken in the past months.

The rallies were meant to popularize the passed bill Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).

Mid last year he was flown out of the country to undergo a minor surgery in Dubai.
